VIDEO: Actual TransAsia plane crash in Taiwan captured by a dashcam

A TransAsia Airways plane crash landed on the Keelung River in Taipei a few hours ago. The video below shows the actual moment when the plane keeled over just a few moment after taking off. The video was captured by a dash camera in a car that was a few seconds safe from being hit by the airplane's wing. Note that there is another vehicle ahead of the one that captured the video, it looks like it was hit by the plane but the driver managed to keep control of the skidding vehicle. As of this writing the death toll is 9.
